These terms govern your use of the Mono Writer application ("the App"), provided by we've solutions Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own writing. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or modify the App except as permitted by law.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Purchases, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms; we do not process payments directly. To request a refund, use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com — we cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves. For purchases made through the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies and, where it conflicts with these terms, governs your use.
Everything you write stays yours. Your documents are stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud, sync through your own iCloud account — never on our servers (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for maintaining your own backups; we cannot recover content we never receive.
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post any changes in the App or on this page; for changes that are disadvantageous to you, we will give notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Jurisdiction over any dispute shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.

본 약관은 위브솔루션즈(we've solutions Co., Ltd., 이하 "회사")가 제공하는 Mono Writer 애플리케이션("앱")의 이용에 적용됩니다. 앱을 사용하면 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다.
회사는 사용자가 소유·관리하는 기기에서 개인적 글쓰기 용도로 앱을 사용할 수 있는 개인적·비독점적·양도 불가한 라이선스를 부여합니다. 법률이 허용하는 범위를 제외하고 앱을 재배포·재판매·역설계·변경할 수 없습니다.
앱은 Apple App Store를 통해 배포됩니다. 결제·청구·환불은 App Store 약관에 따라 Apple이 처리하며, 회사가 직접 결제를 처리하지 않습니다. App Store를 통한 구매에는 Apple의 표준 사용권 계약(EULA)도 함께 적용되며, 본 약관과 상충하는 경우 해당 EULA가 우선합니다.
작성한 모든 글의 권리는 사용자에게 있습니다. 글은 기기에 로컬로 저장되며, iCloud를 켜면 사용자 본인의 iCloud 계정으로 동기화될 뿐 회사 서버에는 저장되지 않습니다(개인정보 처리방침 참고). 백업 유지 책임은 사용자에게 있으며, 회사가 전달받지 않은 콘텐츠는 복구할 수 없습니다.
앱은 "있는 그대로(as is)" 제공되며, 명시적·묵시적 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다. 앱이 중단 없이, 오류 없이 작동하거나 사용자의 요구를 충족한다는 보증을 하지 않습니다.
관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 회사는 앱 사용으로 발생하는 간접적·부수적·결과적 손해 또는 데이터·콘텐츠의 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 단, 관련 법률상 제한할 수 없는 책임(소비자의 법정 권리 포함)은 본 약관에 의해 제한되지 않습니다.
회사는 본 약관을 수시로 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경 시 앱 내 또는 본 페이지에 공지하며, 사용자에게 불리한 변경은 시행일 30일 전에 공지합니다. 변경 시행 후에도 앱을 계속 사용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 규율되며, 분쟁에 관한 관할 법원은 민사소송법에 따라 정합니다.
